John Hodian - piano
Bet Williams - vocals
Mal Stein - drums/percussion
It’s been a long time coming but Epiphany Project fans will be happy to know that the new double CD "Live in Germany" is available now.
We’re really happy with the way this recording turned out. It truly captures the spontaneous interplay between the three of us as we push the songs in new directions each night.
John continues his adventurous explorations on the piano and Bet's having a great (at times ecstatic) time singing especially with the good vibe energy of these audiences. But the real hero of this record is Mal Stein! It’s a thrill hearing Mal’s thunderous drums and percussion mic’ed up close as he follows us through the music. Mal is one of the most musical drummers we have ever played with and his work here is incredible.
We hope you will enjoy this Live CD document!

“Epiphany Project fascinated the crowd with their own version of world music, which was spiritual and gripping, catchy and unusual ... Classically trained piano with a romantic, beautiful sound, Hodian is a vibrant force joined by percussionist Mal Stein and the magnificent voice of vocalist Bet Williams, a true siren.”
— HESSISCHE ALLGEMEINE 03/2011
“Voice, piano and drums! Nothing more, nothing less. Bet Williams, John Hodian and Mal Stein are three pillars of a magic triangle. Each is melody, rhythm and sound. Three times three equals nine. No gimmicks. No tricks... The stories and messages of the songs focus on every sense of the positive aspects of earthly existence - take it with you into your everyday life.”
— Ulf Dreschel Radio Berlin 06/ 2011
