WINTER 2011

It was a busy summer playing festivals and traveling to France and Spain. October found us in Armenia playing the Return Festival in Yerevan. John debuted a new piece called "Nagash" written for vocal quintet "Luys" and duduk, oud, d'hol and string quartet.

Some shows coming up in November for Epiphany Project (in france on 11/11/11 at Theatre Bourg for Bet's birthday!) and Bet Williams Band at the end of November in the East of Germany. Check the calendar.

CHRISTMAS SHOWS

In December Bet and John will be doing a special Advent program at some churches and fine venues in Germany. In this special Advent program, Epiphany Project will be performing as a voice and piano duo, without drums, percussion and other instruments in respect of the special reverberant nature of most churches.

The show will include original songs plus unique interpretations of traditional spiritual songs from around the world. Though the program is in celebration of Advent we will be performing music from a variety of religions and denominations.

NEW CDs

We're still working on the new Bet Williams Band CD. Some brand new songs still being written but also will include songs like "Super Summer" and "A Little Party", "Tripping Down the Road of LIfe" and "What you wanna be". We'll let you know when it looks like it will hit the streets (so to speak ...

We know it really just gets uploaded and then downloaded these days, but we like the image of our music crashing onto the asphalt or bouncing around on the cobblestone. It makes us feel more like we're touching the world. Really touching it!.
